BMW is all about breaking new ground, and they've done it again with the 2017 BMW i3. In the 2017 World Luxury Car Awards given out at the New York International Auto Show, the BMW i3 was recognized with the first ever World Urban Car Award. It's the top urban car for New York, and the top car for Portland.
