If your lease is coming to an end, simply schedule an appointment with BMW Portland. Even if you didn't lease your vehicle through our dealership, we'll be happy to guide you through the lease-end process. It's a good idea to plan an appointment two to three months before the end of your lease. Bring your leased vehicle to us and we'll take care of the rest. We promise to make your Subaru lease return process as stress-free and straightforward as possible.
Yes, it does! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The money paid for the previous lease subscription will be recalculated to your new plan. Schedule an appointment with one of our professional salesmen to discuss your lease and inspection.

Schedule a free vehicle inspection to evaluate use/wear and related charges, if applicable. Have the inspection done well in advance of returning your vehicle so you have time to take care of any needed maintenance or repairs.
You will be responsible for any outstanding payments, excessive miles, turn-in fees, and any other outstanding end-of-term obligations specified in your lease agreement. You will receive a Vehicle Inspection Report following the inspection.

- Complete the Lease Turn-In form online or contact us within 1 business day of turn in
- Cancel recurring payments as we cannot stop these on your behalf
- If you receive a lease-end bill, promptly pay any amount due
When to expect the final bill
You may receive a Lease-End Bill 30-60 days after the vehicle has been returned. Early termination and other situations where the vehicle must first be sold can expect a bill about 90-120 days after vehicle turn-in.
- Automatic Payment: Immediately after your last payment clears your account, cancel your automatic payments to avoid over-payment.
What to expect on the final bill
The Lease-End Bill may include the following:
Deferred Payments
- If you have any unpaid deferred payment balance remaining, it will be added to your final Lease-End Bill.
- If you have unpaid deferred payments, they will be added to your final Lease-End Bill.
Excess Mileage Charge
You can estimate your excess mileage charges by multiplying your excess miles by the per-mile charge in your Lease Agreement. Excess wear and use charges can be estimated by completing a pre-inspection prior to vehicle turn-in.
Turn–In Fee (Disposition Fee)
If the customer and dealership choose NOT to purchase the vehicle, the turn-in (disposition) fee covers the associated transport and related auction or sale expenses. If you purchase or lease another vehicle of the same brand, the Loyalty Waiver may cover the fee. This is a common fee for leased vehicles.
Tickets and citations
You are responsible for all tickets, citations, penalties, and fines. At our option, we may pay on your behalf any fine that you have not paid. You must reimburse us for any such amount immediately upon demand. You should contact the issuing authority for questions regarding the ticket, citation, penalty, or fee or if needed, a copy of the ticket or citation.
