Because when it comes to our new and used cars, each and every one of them are all-stars in our eyes. What can we say, we're just proud as can be of these four-wheeled beauties, and if it's a subjective opinion you're after, then allow us to forward you to Automobile Magazine.
Each year, the automotive experts at Automobile Magazine put together their All-Stars List that celebrates what they believe to be the best cars in America. This is not an objective list filled with number crunching and hard data, this is completely opinionated and driven entirely by the need to recognize the most significant model-year vehicles in their eyes. The judging was comprised of sixteen editors, the candidates were comprised of 44 models across 25 brands. Ultimately, only 11 of those models made the cut.
One of those models was the 2013 BMW 3-Series. As for why it was chosen, we'll leave that one up to them.
"The BMW 3-Series is so ubiquitous that it's easy to forget how exceptional it really is," says Joe Lorio, senior editor at Automobile Magazine. "Here in LA, where everyone either drives a BMW or wishes they did, we're reminded that, while the 3-series is now more attuned to the often grim reality of everyday driving, what makes us love it is how rewarding it is when you're livin' the dream."1
