This review is for Kuni's service department. Took the X5 in to repair the adaptive headlights and power folding mirrors (post-warranty). Came back later that day to expect a big bill. Imagine my surprise when they said, "We're fixing these free of charge as a courtesy." Are you serious?! Needless to say, I was very pleased and will continue going back to Kuni.

I was impressed with KUNI's professional approach to selling me a preowned car. Unlike any other car lot I have been to KUNI was never pushy, sneaky or rude. Doug helped us for 2 months waiting until the proper deal was available.
The only reason I have not rated KUNI a 5 star is my car is not equipment with some "module" to make the keyless entry system complete and when the car was brought in for some promised body work touch up, as promised, the job was finished only 95%.
Take a look at the service area and around the entire facility, professionalism at its BEST!! The service department and the loaner car department is great and efficient.

The day before Christmas, I went car shopping. A friend of mine happened to show me a 2004 M3 on Kuni's site, and I decided to stop by for a test drive. This was the day before Christmas. Two days later, I was doing the paperwork for the purchase. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, curtious, and helpful. They had free drinks and snacks, and were not pushy in any way. They went out of their way to find a M3 jacket in my size, which had to come from out of state.
Well, after owning the car for a few months, and making many trips between Portland and Seattle, I noticed a few small problems. However, I deployed March 13th to the Persian Gulf, and didn't have time to take the car in myself. I left it with my family, and emailed them the list of problems. My Father dropped off the car, and the dealer got in contact with me via email (the most reliable means of communications for someone stationed onboard an aircraft carrier). I was able to talk to the service department, find out what the cause of the issues were, and how they would be resolved. Never before have I heard of a dealership going this far out of their way to help a customer. I highly recommend Kuni BMW to anyone looking to purchase a BMW, or have a vehicle serviced.

I had a very good experience in purchasing my BMW through Kuni BMW. I felt that the salesman was professional, thorough, and considerate. I had a few interactions by phone and email to get the deal pretty much ironed out before coming by to complete my purchase. I felt the pricing was as good as you can expect. . .and the service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Kuni BMW to others. There was a good selection of BMWs too. The 335 coupe was limited to none in stock at a couple other places I checked. Kuni BMW had 6 or 7, which was nice. I was able to pick one from stock which saved me from having to wait a couple of weeks.

I usually dont write reviews but this dealership deserved one. Great customer service with a pleasant attitude and a smile. Skylar the customer service guy who greets you makes you feel welcome and puts you at ease. That goes along way even on a good day! I always get an answer when I call I am not put on hold forever waiting, which is a great thing my questions are answered and I am taking care of promptly. Thanks Kuni for a job well done. It doesn’t go unnoticed by your customers!

purchased my ED X3 at Kuni. They were the first dealer I stopped at after researching the X3 for over 1 year. It was a very low pressure sales process spread over a month. During my first visit I test drove a X3 3.0i and was very impressed. The SA (Mike Baggs) ask if I would work with him when I was ready to make an offer, I told him I would. A few weeks later Mike allow me to take his personal X3 demo for a week-end test drive. A few weeks later, after researching the price, I made an offer to Mike, after a few minutes of back and forth discussion, he accepted my offer.
