What are the Centers of Excellence Awards?
Additionally Each year, BMW of North America awards the highest performing dealerships across the country with Centers of Excellence honors. These awards are given to a select group of BMW's more than 340 North American dealerships, and this year, just 33 dealerships were given the award.
To determine its highest performing dealerships, BMW of North America measures them against their peers based on 12 key metrics. These points include sales volume, customer service, and the after-sales customer experience. Plus, customer surveys as well as internal sales data are also used to determine performance. Those metrics are then compared to find the highest-ranking BMW dealerships in North America.
